1. Who we are

PerfectNameDomains.com is a domain marketplace run by a single owner. We list our own domains and, when you choose, domains you list with us.

2. Bids, offers and buy requests

Every bid, offer and Buy now request is a non-binding expression of interest. Nothing is sold until the seller accepts in writing and both sides sign a written agreement.

Auction closing times and minimums are enforced by our system. The seller may still decline any bid, including the highest one, for example if the bidder can't be verified.

3. No payment on this site

We never take payment on this website. Payment happens only after a written agreement, through a method both sides agree to. We recommend a licensed escrow service.

The domain is transferred after payment clears.

4. Listing your domain

Self-listing costs $99 per year and covers unlimited domains. You handle buyers yourself and pay no broker fee.

Broker listing costs $99 per year (an introductory price, regularly $299, for the first domain we sell for you). When a brokered domain sells, the broker fee is 15% of the sale price minus a $100 credit, and never less than $0.

Listing fees are confirmed with you before your listing goes live. Submitting the form is a request, not a charge.

5. Seller promises

By listing, you confirm you own or control the domain, have the right to sell it, and will transfer it promptly once paid. You also confirm the domain doesn't infringe anyone's trademark.

We may decline or remove any listing at our discretion.

6. Third-party management

You may ask for a third party, such as a broker or escrow agent, to manage negotiation, payment or transfer. Their own terms and fees apply to their services, and we're not responsible for them.

7. Estimates and scores

Perfection Meter scores and price estimates, including AI appraisals, are opinions for guidance only. They are not appraisals and don't guarantee any sale or price.

8. Your information

We collect the name, email and other details you submit so we can respond about a domain. Public pages show bid amounts only, never bidder names or emails. We don't sell your information.

9. No guarantees

The site is provided as is. We don't guarantee that any domain will sell, or that it will sell by a certain date or for a certain price. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
